SBSIII is Returning to Oakwood Beach for the third year to celebrate the arts, culture and people of the south side of Chicago. This family friendly event, which takes place directly after the Bud Billiken Parade and is short walk from the parade route, featuring live music, visual arts and crafts.

About The Event
This free pop up show, starring a lifetime resident of the neighborhood Brother El, will be held at Oakwood/41st street Beach on 8/11/18 at 3pm. Brother El is an innovator of the Chicago hip hop and electronic music scene and will be playing a fully improvised Live PA set using analog synthesizers, sequencers and featuring live art and acoustic musician guests from the Oakwood / North Kenwood neighborhood.
