Join us to celebrate Brother El's 50th Rotation around the Sun with a hands-on Make-Yo-Own Pizza Party—a communal, creative cook-up where we build, bake, and break bread together. All core ingredients will be provided; you bring your appetite, your flavor ideas, and your best birthday energy. Music, laughs, and a candle moment guaranteed.
Dough & Sauces: Classic, whole-wheat, and gluten-friendly dough options; red, white, and pesto sauces
Cheeses: Vegan mozzarella, Mozzarella, parmesan
Toppings Bar: Pepperoni, sausage, roasted veggies, olives, mushrooms, onions, peppers, pineapple (we’re brave), fresh basil, spinach, arugula, chili flakes, garlic oil, etc.
Gear: Pizza peels, stones/steel, cutters, parchment, aprons, gloves
Tunes: A few veteran DJ friends; Birthday soundtrack and video curated by Brother El (with a brief live moment)
