About The Event
Sounds Natural Series is a wellness-focused event series that blends sound healing, nature immersion, music, art, and mindfulness workshops across diverse environments—from urban green spaces to serene forest trails. These community activations are designed to promote emotional well-being, sensory awareness, and creative expression through guided sound walks, active listening sessions, and hands-on artmaking. Centering Black and Brown communities in natural spaces, the series uplifts the healing power of sound, nature, and collective presence.
Join us this June within the Chicago Park District system for three unique Sounds Natural activations:
June 7 – Bronzewood Gathering Space (Burnham Wildlife Corridor)
June 28 – Big Marsh Park
July 16 – West Pullman Park
